This quarter’s focus is “Allyship.” All are invited to join us as we dive into conversations on the value of Allyship, share experiences, and identify several ways one can intentionally practice Allyship in the spaces they occupy.
“Allyship is empathy in action.” – Melinda Briana Epler

If you haven’t had an opportunity to dive into the Q2 Education Series, see what some of your colleagues have to say about the Allyship course available to all associates via Emtrain, our Learning Management System:
“The education series is non-threatening and simply informative on the subject of privilege in the workplace and ways to better communicate. The speakers represented their points and the issues with clarity. I’ve struggled for years to find the right words. I feel represented in the videos and appreciate the efforts to maintain high standards of respect and interaction in the workplace.” – Beverly Bachoo Bay Club Courtside, Group Exercise
“I just appreciate that we are all having this training. We are a large and diverse company and it is important for us all to be understanding, respectful, and supportive to one another to have a harmonious work environment. I felt like I already knew of all the topics, but to see & hear it explained and learning the proper terminology helped me have a better understanding. Although it may seem like common sense – there is always so much more to learn.” – Rosie Leithoff Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, Tennis
